North Road Townhomes

Our John Street renovation was based in Box Hill. The client was a mother of three boys who had a 1960s apartment in the Box Hill High School zone. The home needed some renovation attention and loving and we were up for the challenge. 

The 100 square metre two bedroom apartment needed a complete refresh. We updated all spaces including the central open plan kitchen, living and dining area, the bathroom and laundry, two bedrooms, powder room and balcony. 

The kitchen exhibits extended stone benchtops, new appliances, and spot lighting feature. New floorboards were installed throughout the common areas, with floor the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and laundry. New joinery were placed in all areas of the home including the bedrooms for additional storage. The project was completed in October 2021.
